QUALIFICATIONS OF ENVIRONMENTAL PROFESSIONALS

Jack E. Napper

California Registered Geologist # 3037, co-founded Western Geo-Engineers, in 1961. He has managed the operation of the company and overseen the work of the individual geologist since the founding of the company.   Since 1986, the company the company’s primary focus is environmental site assessment and cleanup.  As part of this effort, Mr. Napper has overseen and directed numerous site assessments and remediation.

George Converse

Project manager/geologist, Washington State Registered Geologist #1597, has been with Western Geo-Engineers since 1978. From the period of 1978 to 1984, he worked primarily as a well site logging geologist and gained experience in the correlation of drilling and geophysical well logs. Since 1986, when Western Geo-Engineers change it major focus, he has worked as an environmental geologist/project manager. He has attended a number of additional classes on groundwater hydrology, fate and transport modeling, and environmental risk assessment. He is responsible for overseeing various environmental projects conducted by Western Geo-Engineers

Roy Butler

Project geologist, has been with Western Geo-Engineers since 1979. From the period of 1979 to 1986, he worked primarily as a well site logging geologist and gained experience in the correlation of drilling and geophysical well logs.  Since 1986, when Western Geo-Engineers change it major focus, he has worked as an environmental geologist. He has attended a number of additional classes on groundwater hydrology, fate and transport modeling, and environmental risk assessment.  He is responsible for the fate and transport modeling on a number of groundwater contamination sites
